Observation of clinical effect of high-quality nursing intervention in endoscopic surgery for patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps
60 patients who were diagnosed with endoscopic surgery for sinusitis and nasal polyps in our hospital were divided into control group and study group according to the order of admission time of the patients. 30 cases, of which 30 patients received routine nursing intervention as the control group, and the other 30 patients received high-quality nursing intervention as the research group. The scores of coping style, postoperative symptom disappearance time, postoperative complications and patients' satisfaction rate with nursing were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results There was no significant difference in the scores of coping attitudes towards the disease between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05). The scores of positive attitudes, such as facing, optimistic, emotional catharsis, and self-reliance after nursing, were higher than those before nursing. The research group was higher than the control group, while the negative ways such as escape, fate, palliative, and seeking support were higher than those before nursing. before decreased, the research group was lower than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). After nursing, the disappearance time of nasal itching, runny nose, sneezing, nasal congestion and turbinate swelling in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). The incidence of complications after nursing in the study group was lower, and the overall nursing satisfaction rate was higher, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing of patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps treated by endoscopic surgery, the application of high-quality nursing interventions can significantly change the patients' coping style to the disease, from negative coping to positive coping, which can shorten postoperative symptoms. disappear time, relieve discomfort, reduce the occurrence of complications, obtain a higher nursing satisfaction rate, and achieve ideal results
