Analysis of the influence of the history of pelvic and abdominal surgery on the treatment effect of minimally invasive gynecological surgery

02-08-2022

According to the history of pelvic and abdominal surgery, the 100 patients were divided into two groups, 50 patients in the routine group (with no history of pelvic and abdominal surgery), and 50 in the intervention group (with history of pelvic and abdominal surgery). The clinical data of the two groups were retrospectively analyzed, and the specific influence of the history of pelvic and abdominal surgery on the treatment effect of minimally invasive gynecological surgery was comprehensively analyzed. Results The clinical observation and research showed that the adhesion rate of the pelvic and abdominal cavity in the intervention group was 48.00%, which was slightly higher than that in the routine group by 20.00%. There was no significant difference in the degree of pelvic and abdominal adhesions and surgical indicators between the two groups (P>0.05); compared with the minimally invasive group, the actual incidence of pelvic and abdominal adhesions in the laparotomy group was relatively higher. Compared with patients with multiple surgical history, the adhesion rate of patients with previous pelvic and abdominal surgery history was slightly lower, and the degree of adhesion and surgical indicators were significantly different between groups (χ~2=4.193 , P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with a history of pelvic and abdominal surgery in the past can be safely treated with minimally invasive gynecological surgery. However, it is necessary to do a good job of inspection before surgery, make a good prediction of the adhesion site, and choose the puncture site of the matter, so as to reduce the risk of surgery and improve the clinical treatment effect.
