25-05-2023

A total of 150 patients with endometrial polyps who were treated in Qidong Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into a reference group and a treatment group by random number table method, 75 cases in each group. The reference group only received hysteroscopic surgery, and the treatment group received postoperative progesterone therapy on the basis of hysteroscopic surgery. The endometrial thickness, menstrual recovery, hormone receptor expression, recurrence and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Condition. Results Before operation, there was no significant difference in endometrial thickness and menstrual flow between the two groups (P>0.05). Six months after operation, the endometrial thickness and menstrual flow of the two groups were lower, and compared with the reference group, The improvement in the treatment group was greater (P <0.05); the normal menstrual cycle rate in the treatment group was higher (P <0.05). Before operation, there was no significant difference in the positive rates of estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor between the two groups (P>0.05). Compared with the reference group, the positive rate of estrogen receptor in the treatment group was lower (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in the positive rate of progesterone receptor between the two groups (P>0.05). At 3 months and 6 months after operation, there was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups (P>0.05). At 12 months after operation, the recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions such as cervical adhesions, headaches, and gastrointestinal reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Patients with endometrial polyps undergoing hysteroscopic surgery and postoperative progestin therapy can effectively improve endometrial thickness, promote menstrual recovery, reduce postoperative long-term recurrence rate, and the safety is ideal
