Medical LED Light Source
Medical endoscope LED cold light source mainly sets an electric controller in the shell, which is connected to the heat sink through the LED light source, and the heat sink is connected to the light cone sleeve through the lens assembly through the LED light source connected to it. The end of the light cone sleeve extending out of the shell is a light cone threaded interface, which is connected to the endoscope light guide cone interface. Under the action of the LED driving device, the LED light source emits white cold light with adjustable brightness to provide a cold light source for the endoscope.
It has the characteristics of small size, low energy consumption, low luminous heat, moisture-proof, shock-proof and easy operation. Because it adopts a three-way power supply system of AC power supply, built-in battery power supply and external battery power supply, it can ensure the continuous supply of cold light source for the endoscope to ensure the continuous operation of the endoscope.
The advantages of LED (Light Emitting Diode) light source over traditional light sources are obvious: LED not only has high luminous efficiency but also long service life. The average service life of LED lamps is 30,000 hours: this means that daily maintenance costs are saved because there is no need to replace bulbs.
LEDs have many advantages because they generate little heat. No fans are needed to cool the bulbs, which also avoids noise. Because no fans are needed, LED cold light sources can have small and compact housings. This saves space on trolleys or in operating rooms.
With a color temperature of 6400 K, LEDs emit light close to daylight. This ensures realistic colors, making tissue inspection and diagnosis more precise.
