Comparative analysis of the efficacy of transumbilical single-port laparoscopy and traditional laparoscopy in the treatment of ovarian cysts

21-10-2022

A total of 173 patients who underwent cystectomy for ovarian cysts in our hospital from May 2018 to July 2020 were selected and divided into an observation group (transumbilical single-port laparoscopic surgery group), 82 cases, and a control group (traditional laparoscopic surgery group). ) 91 cases, the intraoperative and postoperative conditions were compared between the two groups, including operation time, intraoperative blood loss, intra-abdominal rupture of ovarian cyst, postoperative anal exhaust time, postoperative hospitalization time, surgical complications and postoperative 24 Hourly pain visual analogue scale (VAS), incision aesthetic satisfaction score of patients 3 months after operation, and comparison of preoperative and postoperative ovarian reserve, including anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) and luteinizing hormone (LH), between the two groups , follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and antral follicle count (AFC). Results: In the observation group, the postoperative anal exhaust time was shortened, the postoperative hospital stay was shortened, the VAS at 24 hours after the operation was reduced, and the postoperative incision aesthetic satisfaction score was increased, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in operation time, intraoperative blood loss and intra-abdominal rupture rate of ovarian cysts (P>0.05); AMH at 1 month after operation was lower than that before operation, LH and FSH were higher than those before operation, and the difference was as follows: Statistical significance (P<0.05); serum AMH, LH, FSH levels and AFC numbers at 3 months after operation were not significantly different from those before operation (P>0.05), and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: Single-port laparoscopic surgery can relieve postoperative pain, promote rapid postoperative recovery, and improve postoperative satisfaction of patients in ovarian cystectomy, and the effect on ovarian reserve is not inferior to traditional laparoscopic surgery.
