Clinical value of hysteroscopy for abnormal vaginal bleeding in perimenopausal women

From January 2020 to December 2021, 313 patients with perimenopausal bleeding who visited the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Chengxiang District Hospital, Putian City, Fujian Province were selected as the research objects. All patients underwent vaginal B-ultrasound and hysteroscopy. The examination is the gold standard, and the detection rates of different methods for abnormal vaginal bleeding of different etiologies are compared, and the diagnostic efficiency of different methods for diseases is also compared. Results The results of pathological examination showed that among the 313 perimenopausal women, 253 were endometrial lesions, 60 were normal endometrium; among the endometrial lesions, 90 were endometrial hyperplasia, and 67 were uterine hyperplasia. Endometrial polyps, 45 cases of endometritis, 27 cases of subendometrial fibroids, 24 cases of endometrial cancer. The diagnostic coincidence rate of hysteroscopy for abnormal vaginal bleeding was 96.84%, which was higher than 83.40% of vaginal B-ultrasound, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the sensitivity of hysteroscopy for abnormal uterine bleeding was 96.84%, The specificity is 90.00%, the accuracy is 95.53%, the positive predictive value is 97.61%, and the negative predictive value is 87.10%, which is higher than 83.40%, 75.00%, 81.79%, 93.36% and 51.72% of vaginal B-ultrasound, and the difference is statistically Scientific significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Hysteroscopy can accurately detect abnormal vaginal bleeding in perimenopausal women, clarify the etiology of bleeding, and provide evidence for the development of disease treatment, which has the value of promotion
