The patients in the routine surgery group chose endoscopic surgery according to the previous routine surgical intervention, and the endoscopic surgery group chose endoscopic surgery. The amount of blood loss, operation time, and average wound recovery time; the quality of life of patients before and after treatment; the incidence of hematoma, subcutaneous emphysema, and capsular contracture were analyzed. Results: After treatment, the quality of life, surgical blood loss, operation time, and average wound healing time of the endoscopic surgery group were better than those of the conventional surgery group, P<0.05. The time was (62.16±4.24) mL, (64.27±0.26) min and (9.89±0.57) d, respectively. The bleeding volume, operation time, and average wound healing time of the control group were (78.59±8.22) mL, (75.27±3.79) min and (11.67±2.89) d, respectively. The incidence of contracture was lower than that in the conventional operation group, P<0.05. There was 1 case of hematoma and 1 case of subcutaneous emphysema in the endoscopic operation group, and 3 cases of hematoma, 3 cases of subcutaneous emphysema and 4 cases of capsular contracture in the control group. Conclusion: Endoscopic surgery for breast augmentation and plastic surgery can improve the prognosis of patients, improve safety, reduce complications, and improve the quality of life of patients.
