02-01-2023

A total of 82 CRS patients who were treated in Yugan County People's Hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with sinus endoscopic surgery, and the observation group was treated with budesonide after operation, and the nasal mucociliary function, inflammatory factor levels and complications were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the mucociliary clearance speed and mucociliary clearance rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the saccharin clearance time was shorter than that of the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05); after treatment, the levels of interleukin-6 (IL- 6), the levels of interleukin-8 (IL-8) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and the incidence of complications were lower than those in the control group, and there were statistical differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The combined use of endoscopic sinus surgery and budesonide can enhance the function of nasal mucosa and cilia in patients with CRS, reduce nasal inflammation, and help reduce the incidence of complications, which is worthy of popularization and application.
