Application of ear endoscope and microscope in the treatment of chronic suppurative otitis media with lower tympanoplasty
Chronic suppurative otitis media is mostly caused by untimely or improper treatment of acute suppurative otitis media, and has the notable characteristics of high incidence and easy recurrence. On the basis of reducing the difficulty of surgery, it effectively improves the clarity of the surgical field, greatly improves the curative effect, and has significant application value.
The light source of the ear endoscope is generally transmitted by optical fiber to the endoscope objective lens, so as to effectively achieve the effect of lighting the surgical field, perform surgery at close range, and obtain clear images at the same time. There are various diameters, lengths and specifications of ear endoscopes. In narrow passages and deep cavities, it can be observed in multiple directions. On the basis of effective exploration, the lesion can be effectively removed, the effect of improving the patient's hearing can be improved, and the healing time can be shortened on a certain basis.
