Analysis of the effect of urological laparoscopy in the treatment of calculous pyonephrosis
A total of 63 patients with calculous pyonephrosis treated by endoscopic lithotripsy and transurethral ureteroscopic lithotripsy were selected. Results The selected 63 patients underwent endoscopic lithotripsy, among which 52 were calculi removed, 8 had residual lithotripsy, and 3 had stage Ⅱ nephrectomy. Among them, 39 patients were followed up after six months to one year, 38 patients recovered or partially recovered renal function, and only 1 patient had nephrectomy. Conclusion Urological endoscopic technique in the treatment of calculous pyonephrosis has a good effect, and has the advantages of less complications, high kidney protection rate and high safety. In clinical practice, it is worth popularizing and using; Stage II surgical treatment.
