20-02-2023

100 cases of tubal obstructive infertility admitted to the Infertility Department of our hospital in 2014 were used as observation cases and randomly divided into control group (50 cases) and observation group (50 cases). Perfusion therapy; the observation group was treated with laparoscopic tubal reversal, and the success rate of tubal reversal and pregnancy within 1 year after operation were compared between the two groups. Results: (1) In the observation group, the success rate of postoperative tubal recanalization in the proximal obstruction group, mid-to-distal obstruction group, hydrosalpinx group and adhesion atresia group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Scientific significance, P<0.05. (2) Within 1 year, the successful pregnancy rate of the observation group was 44%, significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance, P<0.05. Conclusion: Carrying out endoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with tubal obstructive infertility can help physicians grasp the location and nature of tubal obstruction, improve the accuracy and success rate of surgery, and have a higher pregnancy rate in the near future
