Routine maintenance of endoscope camera system
Under normal circumstances, the general routine maintenance of accessories cleaning and appearance inspection items can be done.
The cleaning of accessories, such as whether the interface of the optical fiber and the surface of the optical fiber are dirty, whether the lens surface of the camera and the gold finger and the interface are stained, whether the display is stained, whether there is dust in the heat dissipation outlet and so on.
The lens surface of the camera must be cleaned with a special lens cleaning paper. Do not use alcohol. The golden finger of the camera must be cleaned with an eraser.
Appearance check, such as whether the image display of the endoscope camera system is normal, whether the camera dust cover is lost, whether the cumulative duration of the cold light source bulb reaches 500 hours and the red light indicator, whether the light source brightness of the cold light source host is normal, whether the pneumoperitoneum filter is normal, whether the pneumoperitoneum air source indicator is normal, and so on.
The filter of the pneumoperitoneum machine is a consumable. If there is yellow or black, it must be replaced in time.
The brightness of a cold light source can be checked by visual comparison, or by a closed reference, such as by shining a light on a closed box.
If the brightness of the bulb is dim in the case of not reaching 500 hours, generally consider whether the fiber is aging, on the contrary, be sure to replace the bulb in time and make the cumulative time return to zero.
Do not use alcohol to clean the display.
The camera dust cover must be properly covered.
