Clinical experience of laparoscopic surgery in gynecological malignant tumor patients with coronary heart disease

A total of 93 patients with gynecological malignancies with coronary heart disease were admitted to Beijing Anzhen Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University, including 66 cases of laparoscopic surgery and 27 cases of open surgery. Results: There was no significant difference in age between the two groups of patients. There are few complications after laparoscopic surgery. There were 4 patients with postoperative complications during hospitalization, including 1 patient with poor incision healing (1 patient in the laparotomy group, none in the laparoscopic group), and 2 patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis (1 patient in the laparotomy group and 1 patient in the laparoscopic group). , 1 case of intestinal obstruction (1 case of laparotomy group, none in laparoscopic group), 1 case of urinary retention (1 case of laparotomy group, none in laparoscopic group), all improved or cured and discharged after active treatment. Conclusion: Laparoscopic surgery can safely and effectively treat gynecological malignancies with coronary heart disease to a certain extent.
