16-05-2022

Combined application of fiberoptic cystoscopy, rigid ureteroscope and intraluminal ballistic lithotripsy was used to treat 32 cases of multiple intrahepatic bile duct stones, of which 18 cases were used in open surgery. 14 cases. Results In 18 cases of open surgery, the stones were completely removed in 17 cases. In the other 1 case, the operation was terminated due to bleeding caused by repeated stone removal under the microscope, and a small amount of stones remained in the left lateral lobe of the liver. In 14 cases, 12 cases of calculi were removed through T-tube tunnel, and 12 cases were cleared of calculi at one time, and the other 2 cases had too many intrahepatic bile duct calculi. After three operations, the calculi were removed. CONCLUSION: The combined application of fiberoptic cystoscopy and ureteroscopy in the treatment of multiple intrahepatic bile duct stones is feasible, safe and effective. It utilizes existing equipment to play a multi-purpose function, improves the utilization rate of equipment, and reduces medical costs. The curative effect is obviously better than that of using choledochoscopy alone.
