Application of minimally invasive percutaneous nephroscopy in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis
Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous nephroscopy in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). Methods The clinical data of 32 SAP patients admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University from January 2015 to January 2020 who underwent percutaneous nephroscopy for peripancreatic necrotic tissue removal were retrospectively analyzed. Results All 32 patients with SAP received percutaneous nephroscopy for peripancreatic necrotic tissue removal, among which 28 patients received percutaneous nephroscopy once,3 patients received percutaneous nephroscopy twice, and 1 patient received percutaneous nephroscopy three times. Postoperative hospital stay was (27.3±22.3) d(2-106 d). Postoperative bleeding in 1 case was stopped by interventional therapy. Pancreatic pseudocyst was found in 2 cases. Two patients died of multiple organ failure. Conclusion Percutaneous nephroscopy is an effective method for the treatment of SAP with little trauma and good efficacy.
